The company was established in December 2012 by Chartered Architect and Owner, Suzanne Fowler, and became a Limited company in 2018 to reflect a growing number of projects and an increase in scale of the schemes we were involved with.
After obtaining a Degree and Diploma in Architecture at Birmingham City University, and subsequently qualifying as a Chartered Architect at the University of Westminster, Suzanne went on to become a chartered member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and the Architects Registration Board.
With projects covering a vast range of sectors over the past 20 years, Suzanne has experience of running smaller projects valued at around £20,000 up to large-scale commercial schemes costing in excess of £1,000,000 from start to finish.
Over the past 20 years Suzanne has worked on a large selection of schemes:
House extensions and alterations, loft conversions and conversions of Listed Buildings. New build houses.
Mixed-use development schemes including multi-purpose sports arenas, swimming pools, bars, restaurants and retail spaces.
Visitor centres for wildlife attractions, animal enclosures for primates, construction of new-build restaurant and terrace, including detailed interior fit-out.
Feasibility schemes for boutique hotels, submitted for planning approval in the United Arab Emirates.
Extension to children's hospital, fire-prevention improvements, GP surgery design and space planning.
Medium-sized housing schemes, working with developers on design-and-build contracts to provide working drawings packages; interiors for restaurants, shop fit-outs and design, branding and logo development.
